Here is a little info on what the real estate market is doing here in West Hartford.  As of Friday February 26th there are 191 single family homes and 86 condos in West Hartford listed for sale in the CT Multiple Listing service (MLS).  The single family homes range in price from a high of $2,295,000 to  a low of $100,900, quite a spread eh?  In the last 60 days 94 single family homes have gone under contract and of those 11 have already closed.  The condo results  for the same 60 day period are less favorable with 19 under contract and 2 closed.  As we move closer to the Spring market you can expect to see the housing stock rise and I believe we will see the number of closed transactions steadily increase.  Stay tuned……
